Push to Set is an electronic adjustment feature that allows exit devices to be programmed for specific field conditions. It works by detecting the push pad’s travel distance and recording the final 20% (about a quarter inch) of movement using precise sensors. This ensures the device retracts correctly based on the mechanical setup it is installed on.
